After we finished check-in we were escorted to our room while a verbal tour was given to us explaining the property, it’s amenities and the location of everything we may need or want during our stay. We were unable to get into our room when we arrived so we grabbed lunch down by the pool bar and after we were walked to our room. The rooms are large with a private balcony to overlook the property & ocean and hear the waves throughout the night. Each night the beds are turned down, slippers laid out, water left bedside and electric shades are drawn for privacy. Customer service is top notch!
