The grounds and rooms are immaculate and all staff members genuinely make you feel at home. They welcome you with open arms and hearts. Edgar and Manuel at the pool were above and beyond. We had cabanas by the pool on multiple days, talk about attentiveness and service. Highly recommend sitting in their area. Overall, the food was good, some restaurants better than others but overall satisfying for the entire family. We found the Italian restaurant, the adult’s only pool cafe and the breakfast/lunch buffet places to be our favorites. We will definitely be back.
