Vip Transportation Los Cabos is committed to providing all our clients and collaborators with the best possible experience, their safety and well-being is our priority.
We are actively updating ourselves on the COVID-19 situation and taking steps so that we are all safe. That is why, based on global travel guidelines and restrictions, and following the recommendations to contain the contagion of COVID-19, we are constantly training ourselves to be able to receive tourists again from June 1, 2020, guaranteeing them all relevant measures to make their trip safe.
Protocols applied for your safety, advised by the CDC.
- Mandatory use of mouth covers for the driver, staff, and passengers.
- The temperature of the passengers will be taken before boarding the vehicles.
- Antibacterial Gel (Alcohol solutions with at least 70% alcohol) will be applied before boarding the vehicle to the clients and staff of our team.
- The front seat of our vehicles will not be available for use.
- Sanitization will be applied through nanotechnology (endorsed by the Official Mexican Standard) before and during the journey, in this way you will be able to enjoy your trip free of viruses, as well as your clothes and luggage since our product guarantees sanitation inside the vehicle.
- Frequently used vehicle surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected at the beginning and end of each transfer, with a disinfectant solution.
- We will limit the use of air recirculation for the internal ventilation of the vehicle during the transfer of passengers, we will apply natural air ventilation.
- We will have disposable handkerchiefs in the vehicle for use in case you require it when coughing, sneezing.
- Training of our constant staff on prevention measures, causes and symptoms of COVID-19
- We will maintain a healthy distance in each of our functions.
- Our staff (administrative and operational) will use mouth covers during all their functions, they will also use antibacterial gel and wash their hands frequently.
- Our offices will have daily sanitation through nanotechnology (endorsed by the Official Mexican Standard)

Recommendations for our clients:
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.
- Wear mouth covers throughout the day
- Apply antibacterial Gel constantly
- Constant hand washing
- Avoid carpooling.
- Avoid crowds
- Avoid contact with surfaces frequently touched by passengers or other drivers, such as door frames/handles, windows, seat belt buckles.
